The others look OK foliage wise, but not a bloom to be found:

Needless to say, many folks this year are finding their hydrangeas missing blooms
due to this past winter. Me included!
The first hydrangea looks like a paniculata type. Those bloom on new wood so would not be affected by a cold winter. The other two look like macrophyllas, which bloom on old wood.
