Wow these all look so great. I really like the Mt. Hood and your blue blooms are really wonderful. You are having a great spring.
all my daffodils are done, so sad.
Looks like spring is in full-swing for sure. Love the Ajuga…I always forget just how gorgeous it is in bloom!
I have three Lonicera ‘Firecracker’ bushes growing up at “The Camp”. This photograph from another blog site shows what they are like in full bloom and great for bringing the bees and nectar eating birds around

I love the intoxicating scent of Viburnum carlesii ‘Aurora’ and wait patiently every spring so I can sit next to it with a cup of tea on a sunny morning and stick my nose in and inhale. Ahhh!
Spring blooms are a fine reward for surviving winter. I especially like the Iberis……
This time of year I actually like crabapples…amazing they do so well in the high desert, too. Your spring is roaring right along, not far behind ours at all. Nice spring imagery, and such healthy plants!
What lovely portraits of smiling faces of Spring bulbs~
Just beautiful John, seems like your blooms stayed around later than ours. I wish we had not had all of that warm weather, not much blooming right now.

Absolutely stunning, John. Love the creeping phlox and the crabapple. My daffodils are just about done now. Don’t know the varieties because they came with the house. But I had a good show.
i just returned home from ft walton beach. there was a blue (purple) flower in hotel/condo landscapes. rather tall (18 inches or more) with bloom on top of long spearish stem with long spikey leaves. anyone know what flower this is /
Where did you get that incredible phlox Emerald Blue? That is the best blue I think I have ever seen in a plant.
